Surf City's Sand Struggle: Council to Discuss $280K Plan for Beach Repair

[WECT] The Surf City Town Council is proposing a $280,000 budget amendment for emergency beach renourishment due to significant erosion from a recent storm. Concerns over safety prompted the decision, with councilmembers set to discuss and potentially approve the amendment at an upcoming meeting on Tuesday, April 2, 9:00 AM at the Surf City Municipal Complex, 214 W.
