Zephyr Rising: Port City Marina Developer Plans New Industrial Park

[WilmingtonBiz] The company behind Port City Marina, formerly USA InvestCo, is now operating as Zephyr Development Co. and has announced plans to build an industrial park near Wilmington International Airport. The site on Blue Clay Road could house up to 220,000 square feet of flex and light industrial space, aimed at logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing. The move reflects both a rebranding and a renewed commitment to long-term development in the greater Wilmington area.
