MONDAYS TOGETHER WITH YOU
Good morning Wilmington!
Congratulations to the Eagles on their brutal domination over Kansas City. Afterwards, Philly fans do what they do best–break things.
As big of an event that the Super Bowl is, there appears to be overshadowing news that a Former State Trooper and Federal Whistleblower, Hadassah Feinberg, filed an affidavit claiming that Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro was complicit in the assassination attempt against Donald Trump in Butler, PA on July 13th, 2004.

Report: NC Faces Major Housing Shortage Amid Population Boom
[NC Newsline] A new statewide report highlights North Carolina's growing housing inventory gap across all income levels and regions. The study, commissioned by the NC Chamber Foundation, NC REALTORS, and the N.C. Homebuilders Association, projects a need for 764,478 housing units by 2029. With rapid job and population growth, addressing this gap could generate nearly $489 billion in economic activity and create 2.2 million jobs. The report calls for tailored local solutions, public education, and policy changes to support new and existing housing development.
