Remember, remember–yesterday was the 5th of November. Yesterday was also the day in which the 2023 daylight saving time came to an end–hope you enjoyed your extra hour of sleep. According to a poll done by Highpoint University, 2 out of 3 North Carolinians would prefer that we do not acknowledge daylight saving time.

It was a beautiful weekend for the Spot Festival in Hampstead! Big crowd, great music and food and lots of local vendors.

New Hanover County Planning Board greenlights 348 townhomes in Porters Neck

[WECT] The New Hanover County Planning Board voted four to two to recommend approval of a rezoning request that would allow for a townhome development in Porters Neck.

The new neighborhood would sit on 33.54 acres near the Walmart on Market Street. It would have 348 single family townhomes.
