It was a beautiful weekend for the Spot Festival in Hampstead! Big crowd, great music and food and lots of local vendors.

New Hanover County Planning Board greenlights 348 townhomes in Porters Neck

[WECT] The New Hanover County Planning Board voted four to two to recommend approval of a rezoning request that would allow for a townhome development in Porters Neck.

The new neighborhood would sit on 33.54 acres near the Walmart on Market Street. It would have 348 single family townhomes.
