Iconic Beatles Release New Single 'Now and Then' - A Timeless Masterpiece"

[Rolling Stone] The Beatles have finally released their highly anticipated new single, "Now and Then," a poignant and emotionally charged song originally penned by John Lennon as a home demo in the 1970s. This unique collaboration sees Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr joining forces to complete the song years later as a tribute to their late bandmate. The track, produced by Paul and Giles Martin, features John's original 1977 piano and vocal recordings, George's guitar from the 1995 Anthology sessions, and Ringo's 2022 vocals and drumming. Despite the potential for sentimentality, "Now and Then" is a mature and intimate confession, demonstrating why Paul McCartney was so determined to bring this song to life as a Beatles classic. The single's release coincides with the unveiling of a music video by Peter Jackson and is part of an expanded version of the Red and Blue Albums, set to release on November 10.
