The suit accuses Erik Peterson, ex-employee and Flying Machine Brewing Company's Director of Operations, of affixing QR codes to ETB beer packaging, leading to defamatory content. ETB seeks damages, including punitive, and asserts Peterson acted independently. Peterson, previously ETB's Head Brewer, joined Flying Machine in 2022.
