  • Sept. 5 (3:30 to 7:30 p.m.)

  • Sept. 6 (3:30 to 7:30p.m.)

  • Sept. 7 (noon to 5 p.m.)

The cost is $5 cash per dog per day and dog park rules apply: all dogs must be up to date on vaccines, owners are responsible for pet behavior and aggressive dogs are not allowed.

Wilmington’s Skyline Center Opens, Streamlining City Services

[WWAY] Wilmington's new Skyline Center, a 12-story building acquired by the city for $68 million, is now operational, housing over 300 city employees and various services. The consolidation aims to improve efficiency and serve residents with a one-stop-shop for city services. The building also hosts private tenants, including nine businesses and Civic Credit Union. Future plans include Wilmington City Council chambers and a customer service center. Leasing efforts are ongoing, with the potential to cover up to 85% of the building’s operating costs.

A490544

Approx 8 months -1 year old spayed German Shepherd female

This sweet girl was adopted but returned just three days later because she pulls on the leash. With the right training collar and guidance, leash pulling can be corrected—consulting a dog trainer can help find the best option for her.

She’s a loving dog who just needs a bit of understanding and care. If you’re willing to give her the patience she deserves, she’s ready to find her forever home with you.
