Meanwhile, Putin vows revenge for an attack on concertgoers killing 133. Finally, Marjorie Taylor Greene wants Speaker Mike Johnson out after the house passes a $1.2 trillion spending bill. After all of that, who knows what next week will bring.

Battle of the Breweries: Wilmington's Big Blood Drive Event
[WECT] The Red Cross is organizing Wilmington's largest blood drive in a decade, the Battle of the Breweries, on March 27th. Participants represent breweries, donate blood, and receive a free t-shirt plus a token for a pint. The brewery with the most donors wins. The event aims to collect 200 units of blood to meet local hospital needs. Residents like Christopher Minker, a former Army medic, stress the importance of blood donation for saving lives.

Battleship North Carolina Launches 'Living with Water' Project to Combat Flooding
[WECT] Work has commenced on the 'Living with Water' project at Battleship North Carolina, targeting tidal flooding in parking lots. This initiative aims to restore aquatic habitats, benefiting wildlife like shrimp and blue crabs, with native vegetation aiding nesting birds. It anticipates reducing erosion and redirecting floodwaters through wetlands. The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation granted $1.25 million for the project in 2020, focusing on mitigating tidal flooding risks and enhancing water quality in the Cape Fear River.
